Pros

- Flexible scheduling if you are good with time management - Strong, supportive, collaborative sales team - Variety of verticals and use cases keeps things interesting - The product itself is really good. It's easy to sell.

Cons

- Cultural friction between EMEA and NAM teams on process and sales techniques, though NAM sales leadership strongly backs their team members. - CS team is in flux at the moment, so some difficulty in completing tasks that involve CS. - Process, pricing, and staff can change fast and often, making it hard to keep up with changes.

Thank you for your detailed and insightful feedback! We’re happy to hear that you appreciate the flexibility in scheduling, the strong collaboration within the sales team, and the diversity of verticals that keep your work engaging. It’s also great to know that you find our product easy to sell—this is a key priority for us, and it’s wonderful to see it reflected in your experience. Regarding the challenges you’ve mentioned, we recognize the cultural friction between our EMEA and NAM teams. As we grow globally, we’re continuously working to align processes and approaches across regions while respecting local differences. Your feedback is a helpful reminder of the work we need to do to foster stronger cross-regional collaboration. We also acknowledge that the Customer Success (CS) team is going through changes, which can create some difficulties. We’re committed to stabilizing the CS function as quickly as possible to ensure smooth collaboration and to better support you and your colleagues. Lastly, we understand that fast-paced changes in process, pricing, and staffing can be challenging to keep up with. We’ll review how we can improve communication and change management to make these transitions easier for everyone. Your feedback here is invaluable as we look to strike the right balance between agility and stability. Thank you again for your thoughtful input—it helps us to continuously improve and create a better working environment. If you have more ideas or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Pros

- Culture (async, remote, transparency) - Salary and raises system - Many perks (BSCPCE, gym, health insurance + mental health app, learning budget, remote budget and office set up budget...) - Interesting product - Smart peers

Cons

In my opinion: - Inexperienced managers, lacking people skills - Lack of prioritization - Minimization of identified problems That may result in high turnover and burnout in some teams -> ask for some information on it during interviews

Pros

360Learning is a great company with strategic vision, fantastic product, and a culture that fosters growth and impact. You are enabled to succeed in your role and there is no lack of information/visibility as it is a very transparent culture. No top down management you are expected to set goals and achieve them. Work life balance is very important and actually possible with asynchronous style of work.

Cons

The very things that make it great can also be cons for some. If you are used to working in an office and working more synchronously/live all the time it won't work. You have to be adaptable to using collaborative technologies to communicate i.e. Trello, G-Suite. If you expect to work in an environment with heavy management directives and need to be given lists of things to do this isn't for you... maybe there are some people out there that want this.

Thank you for your review! Yes, it can be a bit of a learning curve in the first few weeks of onboarding to adapt to our asynchronous style of communication and collaboration via Trello and Gchat. But, we find that 99% of folks adapt very well, thanks to our comprehensive and transparent interview process. We want everyone to know what to expect to make sure it's a fit for them. Aside from asynchronous courses and learning paths, coaches, onboarding buddies, new hire cohorts, and teammates are there to support if questions arise throughout onboarding. We encourage informal coffee chats on video as well to get to know everyone. That being said, if someone prefers having a task manager, this wouldn't be the ideal environment for them, as the reviewer noted.
