      Pros

      Lot's of autonomy in the way you work, Less meetings + more transparency. Knowledge is shared and colleagues elevate each other. The company actually cares about their employees and makes a concerted effort to protect the core "convexity" values that we all hold dear especially in a time of quick growth.
