Thank you for your feedback and even more for your long-term commitment to 360Learning. Hearing this from someone who has been with the company for over 10 years is especially meaningful. It’s a strong signal that the flexibility, transparency, and focus on well-being we aim to build are not just short-term initiatives, but part of how we operate over time. We’re glad to see that this consistency is reflected in your experience, and we’ll keep working to maintain and strengthen these foundations as we continue to grow. Thanks again for being part of the journey.

Pros

- Exceptional transparency on all levels, so everybody has access to all the data and rationale to make the best decisions - Great work-life balance with a mix of remote-first work environment, flexible schedule, async communication, and challenging tasks - Short feedback loops, great feedback culture on all levels - High autonomy to decide what, when, and how to achieve the impact - The company is profitable and is back to a growth mindset

Cons

- As the company grows, it loses some uniqueness in favor of scalability, so it's less fun (more process) to work

Thank you for this thoughtful review and for your long-term contribution to 360Learning. It’s especially meaningful to hear this perspective from someone who has seen the company evolve over time. We’re glad that transparency, autonomy, and feedback culture continue to stand out in your experience: these are core to how we operate and make decisions. Your point on scalability vs. uniqueness is very fair. As we grow, introducing more structure is necessary, but we’re very mindful of preserving what makes the culture engaging and empowering in the first place. On your advice: Growth mindset: you’re right to highlight this. Profitability gives us a strong foundation, and our objective is precisely to reinvest this into sustainable growth, with clear priorities and disciplined execution. Transparency: this remains a non-negotiable pillar for us. We actively protect it as we scale, ensuring that access to context, data, and decision rationale stays open and actionable for everyone. Thanks again for your perspective, it’s exactly this kind of feedback that helps us stay intentional as we grow.

Pros

The company truly embraces a fully remote environment. It isn't just "working from home"; the workflows and communication are built for it, allowing for great flexibility. "Convexity" culture is real. While I’ll admit it’s not for everyone, you have to be self-driven and comfortable with a high degree of accountability and independence.

Cons

The onboarding is no joke. It was very challenging to get through, and at times it felt scary. However, they provided a lot of support from mentors and the ops team. You do feel prepared for the day to day once you get past it... But not everybody does.

Thank you for your thoughtful and honest review. We’re really happy to hear that our remote-first setup and culture of autonomy resonate with you. Building a truly remote company — not just “work from home,” but remote by design — is something we care deeply about, so it’s great to know that this is making a positive difference in your day-to-day work. You’re absolutely right about the onboarding: it’s intense, and we know it can feel overwhelming at times. Our intention is to set people for success while giving them the tools and support, but we’re aware that this experience isn’t equally easy for everyone. Your feedback is valuable and helps us keep improving how we welcome and support new joiners. Thanks again for sharing your perspective, and we’re glad to have you on this journey with us.
