      Best place to work if you’re a motivated and hard working employee

      Pros

      If you don’t do well with lack of authority or need constant attention or don’t do well with reading, then this is not the place for you. Leaders trust their employees and do not micromanage. You work asynchronously and are trusted to get the job done.

      Cons

      The US is a newer team and everything is fully fleshed out yet in regards to benefits and how the YS and International teams work together better.

      Thank you for your review! Indeed, we have quite an innovative and specific internal culture here where self-motivated people thrive. We rely heavily on written collaboration and communication so that 360Learners feel trusted and able to focus on their work throughout the day, versus spending excess time reacting to pings and live meetings. That being said, we do have some synchronous communication (Gchats, live meetings) when they will be impactful. Folks here seem to love the freedom they have in their schedules and the trust that they feel from their coaches.

      Thank you for sharing! One of our greatest assets internally is our clear path for growth and promotion. We love leveraging internal knowledge to upskill our 360Learners from within, so they can naturally evolve into the next level in an engaging and efficient way (the same way our customers use our platform!). This seems to challenge and invigorate everyone.
