Pros

- Your life your way (Only if you're on a good team) - Good salary - 50/50 (Office - remote) nice office in Paris - I have met some wonderful persons there - Good product

Cons

- Prepare for the worst onboarding of your life (2 months out of existence, excessive training) - If you join a good team you're lucky, otherwise it's micromanagement/pressure/non-trust. - Get ready to be fired without warning - Big Turnover

Thanks for sharing your experience with us and your love for our employees! Our onboarding can be intense as we want to ensure new joiners have all they need to succeed in their first 90 days and quickly be 100% autonomous. We will review your feedback about coaching with the Sales leadership team to identify areas where we can improve. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

The culture allows developers to do high-quality work and to have full ownership of their projects even at a junior level.

Cons

The low authority environment requires people to take a lot of initiative themselves and to navigate complex discussions with many stakeholders.
