Pros

The leaders are positive and motivating. There isn't a heavy boiler room atmosphere and the supporting teams are very willing to help when you need it. They show that they value the whole person not just their ability to hit their number and are always open to new ideas.

Cons

Not many, but sometimes the convexity model is interpreted differently by different teams which can slow down and sometimes cause misinterpretation esp btwn different countries when communicating async, The leadership has recognized this though and is making changes. The learning curve is steep, there is a lot of information that is cataloged well -some of it not so you can easily find yourself in rabbit holes that lead in circles.

Thank you for sharing your experience at 360Learning! We’re delighted that you appreciate our supportive leadership, collaborative teams, and the focus on valuing individuals beyond just their metrics. Empowering employees to contribute ideas and thrive is a core part of our Convexity culture, and it’s wonderful to see how this resonates with you. We acknowledge the challenges you’ve highlighted regarding the varying interpretations of Convexity and the complexities of async communication across geographies. Ensuring alignment while respecting autonomy is a priority, and we’re actively working on clearer frameworks and processes to address this. Additionally, we understand the steep learning curve can be demanding—our teams are continuously improving how we organize and streamline resources to make onboarding and ongoing learning even smoother. Your insights are invaluable, and we’re grateful for your thoughtful feedback. Thank you for being a part of 360Learning, and we look forward to continuing to support your journey here!

Pros

360Learning is all about collaboration and transparency. I have never seen an organization take its' culture so seriously and it be such a strong belief that is executed by everyone. Every idea no matter how big or small is carefully considered, collaboration is sought and the ideas become even better once executed.

Cons

There are a lot of internal tools that sometimes make the basics cumbersome, but streamlined internal tools is the priority of the operations teams.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at 360Learning. We're thrilled that you appreciate our commitment to collaboration and transparency, as well as how deeply our culture is embraced throughout the company. Encouraging innovation and fostering a safe space for ideas—no matter their size—is a big part of how we aim to empower our teams. We also hear your feedback about internal tools. Simplifying and streamlining these tools is indeed a priority for our operations teams, and we’re continuously working on improving this aspect of our workflow to make day-to-day tasks more seamless. Lastly, your advice about continuing to elevate the voice of the customer resonates strongly with us. It’s a key focus area, and we’re always looking for ways to listen, learn, and act on customer insights even more effectively, as fully part of the Convexity framework (in particular Impact and High Accountability). Thank you for being part of the journey, and we’re excited about what we can continue to build together!

Pros

360Learning's culture of transparency and low authority is refreshing. ICs have lots of room to succeed and there are no hidden agendas and politics slowing progress. The 360Learning platform is awesome and innovative. The company invests in its product, people and growth. If you get hired, come ready to contribute on a daily basis with action-oriented value and outcomes, Generally, the employees and coaches are supportive of each other which helps us succeed through challenges. Effective employees are self-motivated, logical and communicate well written and verbally, especially in a (mostly) remote workplace.

Cons

Not many cons from my perspective, other than workload associated with a mid-stage SaaS growth company.
