Pros

- Empowering culture: you have a defined scope- in that scope you can define your key objectives and your performance is piloted on that base. You are the owner on your scope, you decide how to get organize to reach your objective - you can work remotely, from home, from anywhere as long as you achieve your objectives - Impact oriented culture: you are surrounded by people who are motivated just like you are - which further fuels your motivation - Transparency: everything is transparent, from performance reviews, to salary grids, to exec decisions/ and discussions There is a real desire to promote people - a lot of people had tremendous progress/ evolution within the company - A strong desire to create a healthy and safe environment for everyone

Cons

It's a strong written culture, you have to document what you work on (this is the principle of transparency) - while it allows for greater efficiency some people might not be at ease with this way of working Strong remote cutlure. which is absolutely great in terms of feeling trusted, flexibility, freedom - but if you want a strong in office culture it's less so the case

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for your long-standing commitment to 360Learning. We’re thrilled to hear that you value our empowering culture, our impact-driven mindset, and our focus on transparency. It’s especially rewarding to know that you feel trusted to own your scope and that our environment has supported your growth over the years. You’re right that our strong written and remote culture is not for everyone, but it’s at the heart of how we collaborate openly and inclusively across locations. We truly appreciate your perspective on how this can sometimes be challenging, and we’ll continue to invest in making our ways of working as supportive and engaging as possible. We’re grateful for your contribution to our mission and for being part of the journey with us!

Pros

360Learning offers a remote-first, collaborative culture where transparency, autonomy, and personal growth are truly valued. The company is mission-driven, with a product that empowers organizations to learn and grow together — and they genuinely invest in learning internally as well. It’s a place where you can make an impact and feel supported doing it.

Cons

The pace can be intense and priorities shift quickly, which can lead to burnout if boundaries aren’t protected. Some processes and expectations—especially around performance—can feel ambiguous or inconsistently applied across teams. Leadership communication has improved but can still lack clarity or follow-through at times.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing the strengths you’ve experienced in our culture — especially our focus on transparency, autonomy, and learning. Performance management is, by nature, one of the hardest topics to get complete agreement on. Even with regular check-ins, clear frameworks, and open conversations, there will be times when an employee’s self-assessment doesn’t align with their manager’s evaluation. Transparency is something we work hard to uphold — but it doesn’t mean every conversation will lead to consensus. Our responsibility as a company is to ensure feedback is given early, consistently, and with concrete examples so expectations are clear. We’ll continue to strengthen that practice, while also recognizing successes as often as we address areas for improvement. Ultimately, our aim is to help every team member understand not just what is expected, but why — even when the discussion is a difficult one. If there are still unclear points or questions after a performance review, we strongly encourage team members to bring them directly to their HR partner or coach, so we can address them openly and constructively. Thanks again.
