How do you develop a strategy plan
1. HR: self-intro, background check, justification of past experiences on the CV, motiv of joining the company, past experience of data analysis (this is related to the role applied). 2. Hiring manager: self-intro, behavior questions, technical questions. For this part, I highly recommended to look for Klook's blog, get to know what the team is about, what are their recent strategies and team focus (it helped a lot in my interview). 3. Case study (3 consecutive questions): (a) provide analysis on a product line's TAM, (b) competitor analysis (traffic share, channel marketing strategies, etc.), (c) provide strategies to grow the market & justification.
It was mostly general behavioral/competency questions but there were lots of follow up questions that push you to give very detailed, honest responses. Overall I enjoyed the conversations and the info I gathered about the team and company during the interviews helped me make decision.
Main interview qu: I was provided a sample reporting pack and asked to complete as if I was doing it for real. Presentation back to the interviewees.
