None of the questions were too hard, and it doesn't seem too difficult to obtain a job as a Target employee as long as you answer questions immediately, give well thought out and concise answers, and convey that you know what you're talking about. A lot of the questions for the Flow Team position were aimed at how you operate in team/group situations, which aren't hard to answer.
