None of the questions were too hard, and it doesn't seem too difficult to obtain a job as a Target employee as long as you answer questions immediately, give well thought out and concise answers, and convey that you know what you're talking about. A lot of the questions for the Flow Team position were aimed at how you operate in team/group situations, which aren't hard to answer.

Previous work experience, typical behavioral questions of "If X happened, what would you do?", and why you want to join the company.
Tell me about a difficult situation at a past job and how did you get through it?

Give me a time when you took lead in a group to solve a problem? I've never done that before so I had to pull a situation out of my butt.
Tell me about a time you failed.
Almost all of the questions were situational...can't remember specifics now.
Give an example of when you went out of your way to help a customer at your previous retail job.
