All of the questions that were asked were very routine. None of them seemed unexpected or difficult.
Nothing unexpected
Be prepared for a question about your weaknesses. Have a good answer prepared, he phrased the question as, "If I were to contact (previous employer) what would they say you excelled at? What could you improve?"
There was really no difficult qestions
Give an example of a time you made a mistake and the steps you took to correct it.
There wasn't any Difficult questions as their question are on a sheet of paper as a guideline and have no unique kind of questions. All questions pretty much start with "Tell me about a time..."
