We strive to provide a positive candidate experience and we are sorry this has not happened in your particular case. We had informed all agencies that due to business needs, the Hiring Managers would not be available for interviews in that period, and to inform their candidates that we continued to be interested in them and we would contact them as soon as possible.
We are sorry that in your case you were not informed. We have reminded all agencies to make sure that they keep all their candidates up to date, throughout every step of the process.
