One recruiter contacted me about the position of Senior Java Developer in eDreams. All the phases of the interview have been done online. First, I had a call with the recruiter to inform me about the position and to learn about me. Afterwards, I completed an online test with a time limit of 1 hour, this test contained 2 exercises that were mainly focused on the algorithmic way of thinking, rather than on the technical java background. After this, I had a technical interview from a person from eDreams. At this part we talked about my previous jobs, I got more information about the job and and structure of the company and at the end I had to do another exercise about how I would organize the data-model of a speciefic problem, I had 20 minutes and then we discussed together the solution. The final phase was an interview from a person from Human Recourses, which was mainly focused on procedural issues and general life goals. At the end they made me an offer for Java Developer position. The process took 2 months, but it could be done faster if I was in hurry. I interviewed at eDreams ODIGEO in June 2016.
