Interview
1st stage: 1-2-1 with manager asking about experience and how I like to work + task mostly based around copywriting.
2nd stage: video conference with CMO and Country Manager, mostly asking about experience
They describe very well the phases, then they passed me to a test but after doing it: ghosting... not even an email of you will not continue or anything.
Showing a bit of respect to the candidates would be great at least sending an email that you will not continue in the process
