I applied online. I interviewed at eDreams ODIGEO (Madrid) in May 2021
Interview
HR phone call was good with some technical question about java core mostly and new features of java 8+, after that technical interview with 3 engineers and here come the bad experience, the technical lead turned out the interview in a behavioral interview when it was supposed to be a technical interview about backend development, he focused on how I managed somethings inside a team most like interview for tech lead instead software engineer, the others two guys didn’t say much barely 2 questions about java and other related to automation test. Anyway the feedback was that I don’t have experience with clean code and microservices when they didn’t ask anything about this just one question and after that they interrupted to jump to another topic. The feedback was very unprofessional and not accurate at all also it seems they don’t have experience in interviews at this level. Very disappointing.
