Interview
It lasted 3 weeks: first interview with HR, prepare a case and then presentation to two Product Directors. The communication with HR was very bad: the guy was late to the first interview, then I had the interviews confirmation the same day (which was difficult to manage because I was in other processes with other companies).
The case presentation was quite challenging and they didn't seem super interested in the work done. The best part though, after the case presentation, I never received any kind of feedback or response from the company again, even though I sent an email to Ignacio asking about the process. After dedicating time to prepare a case and present it, the least that they can do is giving you feedback. Super unprofessional.

Interview
I met with the Head of Product (Cristoph) for an informal coffee, then a week later spoke by phone with the recruiter Ignacio. I found both people to be kind, approachable, and extremely helpful. About a week after that, I visited the offices for an in-person interview loop with five different people. Overall, I found eDreams to be responsive, respectful of my time and interest, and to be a company I would definitely work for (though I opted for another offer).

The questions asked were useful and interesting- mainly about my experience and expectations. There weren't any "trick" questions, which as a professional I appreciate.
