I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Interview Process was very clean.Proper communications, study materials were provided,
One thing I felt while interview was we tend to think of more high level designing, but they ask pure basic questions.
Simple UML diagrams is what we need to prepare. Mistake I did was to ask lot of questions and kind of asking them if my model is correct as per their requirement , but it portrayed to them as if I was asking for help. We need to take care of redundancies as we model (as in removing any multiple connections to classes) most importantly be confident whatever design you do.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Workday (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Consisted of 2 Rounds:
First Round: 30-minute UML design interview in one week
Second Round: 30-minute proprietary language demo, two 30-minute behavioral interviews, then 1 60-minute UML design interview in another week
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday in Oct 2021
Interview
Overall smooth, only 2 interviews. The first was technical with all questions surrounding software/class/OOP design, no leetcode style questions. If you have taken a data structures course that should be all you need to succeed. Second was a behavioral with the team manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Class OOP organization for boxing. How does matchmaking work? How do you organize a winner sort of data structure and keep past history?
Really general data structure questions, no leetcode mediums or anything like that.
