I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Its a very lengthy process.
Recruiters are not that responsive. You have to keep sending them emails to either schedule interviews or ask about feedback.
Some recruiters will respond quickly after we send them email but don’t respond at all. Its frustrating since we take PTO, we prepare very hard for the interview and they don’t have courtesy to respond. So we just have to assume that things didn’t go well.
I feel they should learn to respect the candidate’s time and efforts.
About interviewers, I wonder they know what they are looking for. They will keep asking you if you had any conflicts with any of your peers. Everyone will ask the same question. My technical interviews were good but I think I failed because of the behavioral interviews.

Did you have any conflicts with your peers?
Also all sorts of behavioral questions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Workday (Dublín, Dublín) in May 2017
Interview
Started with a telephone interview with the hiring manager. This is really a screening interview.
I was then invited onsite for a 4 hour interview process. A couple of management interviews and one with some of the devs.
For such a long process they managed to keep the stress levels low and at no time did I feel that I was being pressured (challenged yes, but pressured no).
Interviewers knew their stuff. Were polite at all times.
Got a break in the middle to get my head together a bit

Question 1
Challenged with a scenario whereby the work required wouldn't fit into the time available - looking for a resolution to this.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Workday (Dublín, Dublín) in Aug 2017
Interview
I've done 5 interviews.
The first one was conducted over the phone: i was asked to go through my CV describing my previous working experiences. I was given information about the company and about the team that I might work with. I was also asked to solve a problem: the resolution of the problem was discussed over the phone with the interviewer. At the end I was given some time to ask questions about Workday.
Then I went on-site where I did 3 interviews, 45~ minutes each.
The first one was about cultural situations and I was requested to come up with possible approaches.
The second one was about design, I explained the architecture of a project that I've worked on. How scales, what happens when there is an issue, etc.
The third one was mainly about coding, they asked me to implement something on the whiteboard and then they asked me some questions about the language that I will be working with.
I have to say that at every stage all the interviewers were really friendly. I could tell that the whole process was well prepared and this made me feel that I wasn't wasting my time.
