Contacted via LinkedIn, first phone screening and setup for a second phone interview.
Second phone interview with technical team, asked a lot of questions about my previous and current experience.
Understanding of Java EE technologies and exposure to different frameworks.
Then they explained me working culture and job benefits.
Overall a very good experience, the job would have involved relocation for me.
Unfortunately after few days they told me they were looking for more senior candidate.

Interview
Onsite Interview. It is 3 hour interview including proposed 5 rounds. Since the HR is late, there are only 4 rounds. The first round is from Director, the second round is from performance engineer showing the demo, the third round is from VIce President, the fourth round is from two software engineer

I was found by headhunter, then I have been quite quickly scheduled for initial interview with 2 persons from external company (about 1h). I passed this interview and then I was interviewed over Skype with 2 developers from Workday (about 30min). Basic on this I received feedback they are not interested with me for now.
