Interview
I am a bit baffled by their overall hiring process and the end goal they are trying to achieve. Would not recommend.
Application: I applied through their portal after which a recruiter connected with me and scheduled the next round two months later.
Hiring Manager round:
This interviewer seemed to only be interested in checking boxes for certain buzzwords without a care in the world about what I was saying.
He first asked me a very vague question about VIBE, and then seemed utterly disinterested in the experiences I was sharing.
The very next question (and the silliest in my opinion) was whether I had joined my current company with my existing title or was I promoted. The implications of this question, I do not wish to delve on.
What followed was a barrage of increasingly abstract questions around OOD. In multiple instances, I had answered the next few questions in the same flow only to have to repeat them since those were the next in his checklist.
Overall, he seemed to have made up his mind in the first question or even before the interview and the subsequent back and forth was just to cement his belief. I would recommend the hiring managers to at least feign interest in the potential candidates for the thirty minutes that they allot.

They have junior people to take interviews of experienced folks. In my case, a 10 years experienced interviewer took my interview (I HAVE 13 YEARS experience) so my answers sounded unknown/wrong to the person since those were not known to the interviewer. 4 rounds and not selected. NOT recommended.

Interview
Process was quite quick. I had applied for the position through a referral. Had an initial call with HR, then got a call with Hiring Manager. Unfortunately as they had lot of expectations for the position, the application was declined. But this is my 3rd trial to the company, but I feel somewhere the answers for behavioural questions are expected to be in a text book way. As they do not get convinced with the candidate experience.
