Workday Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

I recently went through the interview process and was initially very excited about the opportunity. After a great first-round conversation, I was told I would move forward to the second round. I received the presentation pack and was fully prepared and ready since June. Despite my repeated follow-ups to get a time slot for the second-round interview, I received no clear updates for weeks. Then, just a day after being asked to confirm my availability, I was informed that the position had been filled. It was incredibly disappointing to have invested so much time and energy — including preparing a detailed presentation — without even being given the chance to present. The lack of communication and last-minute update felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that hiring decisions can change, but candidates deserve transparency and timely communication. This experience has unfortunately left me with a negative impression of the company’s recruitment process.

3 interview rounds. One phone screen for culture fit with a current rep followed by two manager panels interviews. The first is camera off then the next two are on Zoom.
