Recruiting needs to get act together. Submitted application for position and was told, "thanks, but no thanks" within 20 minutes, via email. I Then received a message via LinkedIn from a recruiter that day, that they wanted to discuss role and my background was impressive. Obviously nobody communicates there.
Set date and time to discuss. Was called by recruiter who proceeded to tell me how I lacked experience and that they already had somebody in mind for role. Okie dokie... Then why waste my time?
Have heard from friends who work there, that advised they like to hire within and that recruitment is weak at Workday.
