Workday Director interview questions

Interview process was fast and clearly laid out. A few 1:1 behavioral interviews with a final presentation. Process was clearly laid out and questions and engagement made sense. People were kind.

Internal referral led to online application request. After 2 weeks, had a phone screen from HR asking about experience in each area on the job application. Then another phone screen with the hiring manager and then 4 onsite interviews. Most of the people were nice, but one had serious attitude that outside experience and methods like Six Sigma or PDCA were irrelevant and it was better to jump to a solution before you understand the problems.
