I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Logan, UT) in Nov 2017
Interview
There was a 30 minute screening phone interview where they just talked about Workday, their business, their values, the role, and my career goals. The whole process was very relaxed and seemed focused on seeing about personal and technical for Workday and the position.
I was first interviewed by a recruiter to talk about my background and followed by an interview with a manager over the phone. I was then invited to interview in person. It was rounds of interviews scheduled mostly one after each other with a lunch break. Those that interviewed me were in various levels of the team and the whole process took about half a day.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I met my future manager at a career fair at my college, had an on-campus interview with him the following day, then was invited to an on-site interview at their HQ in Pleasanton. The on-site interview was all day from 7am-5pm but included breakfast, hands on demos, presentations, Q&As, and actual interviews. I had four interviews each ranging around an hour. Two of them were two on ones with current employees in the position I was applying for, the other two were with higher ups in the department. They were all very conversational and not intimidating at all. Everyone was very kind and easy to talk to. Workday even paid for mileage to drive there and put me up in a hotel the night before and provided a shuttle to their office from the hotel. After the onsite interview, I had a phone interview with another manager from that department.
