written aptitude : included all the basic aptitude questions those are important for the basic shortlisting process
technical interview : this is not very tough if you are good with data structures you are good to go and atleast have hands on in any programming language
HR which is rare that you will miss on this stage , in this HR will try to tell you about various process and will try to make you familiar with the company , be open and ask anything during this session as its not elimination rather its a interaction session

Round-II
Essay Writing
Type a detailed passage about the situation/topic given. I got "Unemployment in India" topic. Use short sentences, so that errors can be neglected. Content is not evaluated, as this is an on-line test and the computer is the evaluator.
Round-III
Technical Interview
One program based on Array concept. The Interviewer does not expect the program, he needs the logic of the program. Thats it. Be strong in logics. Then some questions based on my core department(Mechanical) knowledge. I cant answer those questions(Why transformer rating is measured in KVA? Why not KV or KA?), as it is based on Transformers, current.,etc.,
