I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wipro (Burla, Orissa) in Oct 2013
Interview
written aptitude : included all the basic aptitude questions those are important for the basic shortlisting process
technical interview : this is not very tough if you are good with data structures you are good to go and atleast have hands on in any programming language
HR which is rare that you will miss on this stage , in this HR will try to tell you about various process and will try to make you familiar with the company , be open and ask anything during this session as its not elimination rather its a interaction session
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
