I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Bengaluru) in Oct 2021
Interview
It started with Technical round which was basically how the current application is working, it went for 30mins.After that due to indepth details being asked around the DS being I asked for follow up question for the profile for which I m being interviwed and the interviwer( I dont want to name him) he was interviewing me for Architect profile. So much of misunderstanding on Interviewer side. Once I told that I have applied for Senior Manager profile then he started with different questions based on telemetry and performance of my application, this lasted only 10mins. That's it interview over, so the interviewer provided his feedback based on an interview for which I wasn't even aware of. Interviewer needs to know before coming to a interview and be prepared.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart in Aug 2021
Interview
They conducted 7 rounds of interview and HR round also completed but at the end no offer rolled out. Reason they gave job req didnt get created , they are working on that. Post that they stopped responding to mails. Very unprofessional if they dont want to offer they shouldnt waste the time by conducting 7 technical rounds and then HR round as well.
