I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Austin, TX) in May 2024
Interview
Standard, multi-tier interviewing, multiple people asking the same questions to ensure the resume and experience are aligned. General interviewing went as expected; however, their relocation requirement keeps them in a noninclusive environment.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR)
Interview
From the initial phone screen to the interview with the Director, the experience was exceptionally positive and well-thought-out. Every person I interacted with displayed kindness, consideration, and expertise. This experience truly exemplified their corporate culture, which heightened my desire to secure the job. While I didn't ultimately get the position, the "no further interest" process was unlike any I've encountered before. It involved a phone call from the Director and a very thoughtful email from the recruiter. While I may not have secured this particular job, I'm definitely interested in applying for other roles in the future.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Walmart (Hoboken, NJ) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process was great! The organization truly values your time. It was a week in-between interview with 4 interviews in total. Sadly, I didn't get the job , but would apply for the firm again seeing I have been ghosted and ignored by other companies during the interview. This company truly cares about even as a potential co-worker.
