Question 1
describe a situation where you were part of a team, what were some of the challenges and how did you handle them?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart in Aug 2009
Interview
After putting in an application online, I was contacted a week later and set up for an interview. I attended the interview. I was interviewed by 2 different people, first an associate, then a member of management. The associate's questions were relatively easy, all asking about past experiences that might pertain to a work environment. For example, a time when I didn't get along with another person, how did I deal with my responsibilities while trying to maintain a friendly environment. After the associates interviews you, a member of management will have questions that are pretty much the same, but more specific. These are definitely harder because they require you, on the spot to think pretty hard. After my interview, I was giving 24 hours to piss in a cup at the local hospital. A week later, I was called in for orientation.

Question 1
Rules are an important part of society. Name a time where you had to break a rule. Why did you think it was best to break that rule?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Hattiesburg, MS) in Sep 2009
Interview
The interview was with the assistant manager and two other people. I had to sign some papers and then they all came in and asked questions. Every question asked has to do with your past experience. Every question they ask begins with "Describe a time...". So this is an interview that you will need to prepare for, because unless you have a lot of experience and can answer situational questions quickly, you might end up freezing on a couple of questions, which is never good. So make sure you study up before your Wal-Mart interview.
I'm writing this a little early. I haven't received a call back for the second interview yet but they said it could be a week.
