I took a very basic math test that I was able to use a calculator on, and then received a one on one interview with the hiring manager. I was primarily asked to talk about situations I had been in that may occur in the job and what I had done in order to fix said situations.

Interview
Called in to come stop by the store. Went in and assistant manager told me he would like me to work for cosmetics. Told me everything about the job, and didn't even interview me. Took a survey on the computer and then gave me a paper to take a drug test which you can only take 24 hours from when the manager puts it in the computer.

Interview
The interview was conducting in the manager's office and was free of distractions. It was appropriately 30 to 35 min long and was pleasant. The manager read from a script of questions but added store-specific examples to make the questions relevant, It was a nice process.
