Walgreens Customer Service Associate interview questions

It was very casual. The questions were conversational and there were only a few because it was my first job interview. There was an emphasis on availability. Because of my science background, they suggested I work in the pharm tech section instead of Customer Service. They explained the training I would need and the jobs I would do.

The interview was with the Assistant Manager, who mostly looked for how well you would be able to handle potential situations on the job. Asked questions about if you have had experience with an issue and how you handled it.
