Lengthy, but thorough interview process. Sometimes it seemed repetitive as the first interview just confirmed information on the application along with skill assessments. Overall what was expected from a large company for the position.

Question 1
Work experience using analytical tools (SQL and Tableau).
This was the dumbest recruitment process I have ever been through. After you apply, they immediately send an invite to do a phone interview. Please note, no new information from either side is presented in this discussion. They legitimately ask the same exact yes/no questions you answered in the application. The recruiter has little to no knowledge on the company, role, or salary. Also, the recruiter was late to the interview and didn’t even apologize or acknowledge it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walgreens (Washington, DC) in Mar 2021
Interview
Abysmal recruiting for at least the corporate roles. First the phone screen is conducted by someone who doesn't speak English well so its hard to communicate and answer questions they ask during the call. They will not tell you the salary either for the role and do not answer many questions as they do not know (its a rushed call). Walgreens only sends automated emails during their recruiting process too so its difficult to even ask questions during the hiring process. After going through many interviews, they ghost you. Just terrible recruitment department at this company and makes it not worth recommending others to apply there.
