The interview process was short. HR gave all relative information to be hired. Took a total of 3 weeks due to internal information gathering such as background and physical exam. Drug testing also had to be completed.

Interview
Step 1: HR Interview (Phone Call) for 30min - just to know the background, why looking for a job, etc.
Step 2: HR asks to take an online Assessment Test which is about 2 - 2.5 hours.
Step 3: Online interview with Hiring Manager (Mostly Technical) for 1 hour.
Step 4: Online interview with team/panel of 4 Technical personnel (incl. Hiring Manager) and 1 HR Senior Manager. Both technical and behavioral based Qs for 1 hour.

1. Tell me a tough situation that you faced in your job, how do you plan you tasks, do you prefer working in the office or site, etc?
2. What all Vendors did you deal with and where are they located.
3. Technical Qs including Maintenance related Qs.
4. Site experience Qs.
5. They even asked me Qs from my first job (13 years ago job) - like how did you task-A/B/etc.

Panel interview with 3 people. Easy question on how to handle people, task, and time management. Asked about thoughts of swing shift rotations. Average interview and received offer the next day.
