It was a 3 round process:
1. Phone interview
2. Personal job interview with Line Manager and HR
3. Presenting a given design task to Senior SA and LM

3 interviews: first with HR, 1 with the service owner and the other one was in depth technical interview. The most important part of it was the technical one, we went through a lot of topics starting from a very general point and then going forward towards the details. But very good overall.

first round of discussion with the direct manager then with the function head for band H and below. for band G- interview with the business head is mandatory. this is followed by HR round where they screen you and discuss on your salary.
