Absolutely shocking. One of the worst that I’ve ever experienced.
Was headhunted by a in house recruiter. Booked me in for a telephone interview and didn’t show up.
I waited a week and chased and he replied with ‘my bad’. Then books me in same day at 2pm - guess what? Didn’t show up.
I then chased him and 2 other recruiters separately and neither got back or fobbed me off with excuses such as ‘it’s his role, I can’t get involved’ or ‘I’ll look but it’s his role’. Complete joke.
Not going to continue on a rant here but I have 3 names that I can share if anyone wanted more information ie Vodafone HR team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Recruiter didn’t even bother showing up so never got a question. Has since ignored me as have 2 other recruiters. Total shambles.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Vodafone
Interview
Molto diretto, con responsabile unita' e suoi pari. Concreto e razionale. L'approivazione degli altri stakeholder e' cruciale. Importante mostrare una preparazione a 360 gradi, senza indugiare troppo su dettagli ultra-specilistici.

Question 1
Esperienza. Un caso di successo. Un caso di insuccesso. Il contributo che potrei dare, in concreto.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Random, unrelated to the job. The interviewers hadn't read my CV. There were 2 interviewers, each asking questions one after another, without giving enough time to focus , nor to answer. The questions were not related to the Job description necessarily. It was one of the worst interviews of my life . My recommendation would be for them to have a structure for the interviews. Secondly, ask short relevant questions and allow full opportunity to the candidate to be able to provide the answer.

Question 1
Asked about syntax of the code, which I had done 10 years ago, and it was not relevant to the job.
