I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2017
Interview
Got invited to do a online video interview. The video was a someone pre recorded asking questions like how do you keep yourself motivated, A time when you had to deal with a difficult situation with a customer etc. Just be confident, eye contact with screen, hand gestures...
Then got a call about an hour after saying I was successful and that they want to arrange a interview. At the interview u have to prepare a presentation to sell something (you will be sent an email). I made a power point with no bullet points just pictures and they loved it. You then have a role play part where a customer wants to leave and you have to try and stop them. You are given time to prepare. You then come to the part when they ask you questions like why Vodafone and loads of customer and experience based questions.
I was contacted a few hours to say I got the job
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Vodafone (Glasgow, Escocia)
Interview
3 video interview questions: that were about my professional background.
Telephone interview: that was about a basic research on Vodafone, why do you want this role, customer service experience, and greatest achievement to date.
Assessment centre: we were given a presentation about the role and how the assessment centre visit will be conducted. First, we were all individually interviewed (competency based questions), then we had to participate in a role play; I failed this. The last activity was to participate in a simple group communication activity.
Good experience, but disappointed that I failed the role play.
