After submitting an application , I got invited to complete a video interview and assessment. In the email it says the whole process should take 70 minutes, however I'm sure it took me longer than that. Mostly because I took constant breaks.
I still haven't heard back since the completing the assessment.

Normal competency questions asked on the video interview
Hi there, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you found the interview process difficult and you had a negative experience! This isn't the experience we want to provide. We wish you good luck in your future career!
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
Initial process is similar to most applications, involving an online application followed by online tests after screening. The difference comes in the form of a video interview, where your answers are recorded. Plenty of time is given to practice it and to prepare answers. The next stage is the assessment centre and you are given a choice of dates (depending on availability). This is very informal, with current graduates on hand through the whole day to answer any questions. The day involves 2 group tasks, 1 brief presentation that you'll get given once you're there and a 1:1 interview. The contents of the presentation will depend on your choice of programme. Response time was excellent! I got my offer within 2 weeks.

If you were in the lift with the company CEO, what would the one question you would ask him?

Note: I only had my AC yesterday so I don't know my outcome. I've put no offer at the moment but can update when I find out!
The process for me only took about 1.5-2 months at most, Vodafone are really quick to get back to you. However, I would recommend having some form of online login for application updates rather than just email! The application process is split into four parts, the initial application, online tests, video interview and assessment centre.
The first two stages are pretty self explanatory, for the online tests just do some practice online beforehand and you should be fine! I think I remember them being numercial and verbal reasoning.
The video interview was probably what I consider to be the weirdest part. I've done video interviews before so I was familiar with the context but the questions asked were quite different to what you would expect so I would recommend doing some research beforehand to get an insight. But overall if you are prepared then its not too difficult!
The AC was probably my favourite part of the whole process as well as being my favourite AC I've ever attended. I interviewed in Newbury HQ and it took place pretty much all in this one room with about 40 of us but this room is huge. All the current graduates, assessors and facilitators came across incredibly friendly and really want you to do well and are not trying to trip you up - honestly! The AC was split into four sections, 2 group exercises (one is problem solving based and one is product review based - not much else I can say), a 1-1 interview and a presentation. For all the exercises just be yourself, it is quite a long day so if you put on some kind of facade then it will be quite tiring keeping that up so can easily be noticed! Also, for Technology streams, be aware that your presentation is based on a different subject than everyone elses. Again, its not too complicated but have to use your imagination a bit. Lunch was also very nice as well (pizza, sweet potato and salads) and the day was finished off with the nice tour of the campus from current graduates (who are very approachable and you can talk to all throughout the day) which made me fall in love with the place and the work culture so I hope I hear some good news soon!
Thank you for Vodafone for putting on an incredibly organised AC and for having such an enjoyable day!
