Vodafone Graduate Student interview questions

I did the standard interview process which involved an online application, assessment tests and pre-recorded video answers. They started the application process very soon - February 2018 and by August 2018 they still haven't given a final answer. Furthermore, they're still accepting applications. What a silly application procedure. By the time people eventually get an answer, it's obvious that they already forgot about Vodafone and that are working somewhere else. This literally gives an awful image to how the company see possible future employees.
