Vodafone Graduate Student interview questions

it was an online video interview for roughly 30 minutes. They asked situation based questions and behavior based questions for example, working with an unpleasant teammate and how would I deal with it.

It was an online interview. It was a very awkward process, since this was all done via an web-based interface. The questions were pre-recorded, where you had to answer with a recording of yourself. It felt very impersonal.
