First a phone interview was conducted to test my English. Then, I was asked to come down for an HR interview. I was then sent an online test to complete in a span of 48 hours. After passing all three stages, I received a call that I was accepted.

What's the difference between face-to-face customer service and that which is over the phone?

Interview
The full process consists in two interviews.
The first one is a personal background interview with the agency stuff.
A few days after you passed the first one, you will be contacted.
The second interview consists in some easy logic exercise, and it's a group interview.
I didn't find that difficult at all, the only small problem is that the interview may last a few hours

I applied online & was interviewd 1:1 i was asked about myself, my experience & if i do have a background about customer service or not. The most important thing they're looking for is the desire wether or not u have the will to prove & i was capable & looking forward to be something in the Company & as a part of the Family
