Vodafone Customer Service interview questions

I applied through wazzuf , The first interview was easy and it was on the phone , the HR was very kind but the second interview was a little bit tricky , it was through the camera and they will record your answers , I had five questions and it takes only three minutes for each question and the last thing they asked me to write down an Email apologizing and giving suitable solutiom for the customer

The interview process was professional and to the point. It was all in English and the questions were mainly to check my fluency in English. As an experience overall it was good.
