Vodafone Customer Service Agent interview questions

The interview was conducted has total 5 rounds which includes PK test, typing test, communication skill test, PI round, HR round. There were total 268 candidates and position for customer service executive position was 6. After clearing all these rounds 6 people were selected and i was one of them. It was very intresting interview whuch i had given in my life and to succeed in such huge competition was the best moment of my life

Fair enough, the HR was good , questions were dirct,clear, and asked in attractive way that makes u speak more comfortable as the HR asked the right question at the right time!
