Vodafone Customer Service Agent interview questions

The interview went really good. It involved 2 tests on group interaction/Problem solving and a role play on taking a phone call from a customer. I passed the tests successfully but failed on one question. I was given a good feedback on what to do during the next interview in order to pass the test. The staff were really polite and welcoming. The environment was positive, the staff and employees. I really enjoyed being in the interview and going through all the tests.

Asked about my info and my hobbies was so easy not that hard but they focus in the right grammatical language like when u use past and when u use future and pronunciation is a huge deal they focus on the p and b as also the th and z/s all this things can guarantee u a job offer or not
