Interview
You apply on the website and when you are accepted you must complete a test for them. They will provide feedback on this test as to if they think you would suit the role. It lasts about 30 minutes and guides you through a practice website which you must talk about, find features and test different elements.

They asked if you were ok at talking out loud about everything that you were doing on the website.

Interview
The website seems friendly and easy to use. You have to test various websites from different clients, you have to be able to record your voice and your laptop screen to do so. They provide you with different quizzes you have to pass and then you have to record a simulation of a website test.

They ask you if you have a working laptop you can use for the tests. They also test your English skills. They ask you where are you from, your age, gender so they classify your demographics.
