Upwork interview questions

Recruiter reached out via email. Had a call and made false promises that he would keep me posted and then just ghosted me despite a few check ins. Highly unprofessional.

I’m about to do my first-round interview for a Software Engineer role. It’ll include behavioral questions and a technical coding round. I’ve been practicing on LeetCode, but I’m still a bit nervous about balancing coding speed with explaining my thought process out loud. Also, I’m not sure which types of behavioral topics are most common teamwork, conflict, or leadership. If anyone has been through SWE interviews recently, I’d love to hear your practical tips for preparing.
