Uber Operations Coordinator interview questions

1. round CV and CL screen 2. 2 hours analitics test, easy if you know basics of excel, if you pass few day after is round 3 3. skype interview with Ops Manager, 30 min interview, classical C/B questions, tell me about yourself, why UBER, where do you see UBER... basic questions, after that I waited for weeks for response, but it never came, through friend who works there I found out that they gave job to someone who is a friend of manager, it didn't came as a surprise since managers sister was also hired recently without recruitment process or basic qualifications...

The Interview process took almost 5 weeks. But the employees at Uber coordinated in a very smooth manner. First, Telephonic interview and then another one with the operations coordinator, GM .
