Uber Operations Coordinator interview questions

Started with a couple phone interviews with a recruiter, then brought into the office for 1:1 or panel interviews with different team members. Everyone was very friendly and they give plenty of opportunity to let your personality come through.

Two rounds- one phone interview that was about 30 minutes long. Lots about the company and why I wanted to work there. Second round interview was at the NYC office with four Uber employees. They seemed uninterested and it sort of appeared as if they had already filled the position but it was ok, pretty standard questions.
