I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Uber (Bengaluru) in Feb 2025
Interview
Screening round ,Data structure & algorithms , Low level design, High level design, Hiring manager round.Hard Dsa. After one round all four will be scehduled. all rounds are virtual and decent difference between the rounds.
I recently went through several medium-level questions on Leetcode, which not only tested my problem-solving skills but also helped me enhance my coding techniques. Additionally, there were some insightful follow-up questions that challenged my thought process further.
The interview process also included a thorough system design component, where I had the opportunity to demonstrate my understanding of architecture and scalability. During the behavioral questions (BQ) segment, I was able to share my past experiences and showcase my teamwork and leadership skills.
Overall, I found the HR call to be particularly positive and engaging. The interviewer was friendly and made the experience enjoyable, making it easy for me to express my thoughts and aspirations. The entire process felt constructive and supportive, contributing to a great experience overall.
the first interview is mostly about coding. The first part is about CV, but not so deep, takes 10 mins. An easy if-for problem followed by a mid-problem. Finally, 10 min is to ask questions.
