I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Uber
Interview
the first interview is the first face-to-face meeting with your potential employer. Their goal is to get to know you and assess your skills and experience in relation to their needs for this particular role. They're also looking to get to know you to determine if you will fit in with the company's culture. The following stages typically make up the first interview
Recruiters here have a bad attitude and they waste your time. I applied online and I received an email from a recruiter for a video interview. The recruiter lady was not at all interested to hear me completely during the interview. She never let me talk fully and she was keeping on interrupting. She asked about my previous work experience. I shared my experiences. After listening to all, she asked me "Do you have experience in BA"? What a joke! This was something that I have been talking about and elaborating to her regarding the BA experience that I possess for years? Then went on the second round of interview with 2 people who claimed as a country operations head, and another manager. They were even worse than the recruiter. They were totally not interested to listen to what I spoke. This was a remote interview and both these people were looking somewhere else, gazing sideways, up and down when I was answering their questions. They have a list of questions in their computer and they ask the questions by seeing their computer. I totally had the worst experience with the Cornershop recruitment process, and I will never ever apply for any Cornershop openings if this is the attitude of the people there. Management needs to look into this. As a growing and reputed brand, your employee's attitude matters a lot. If you guys already shortlist someone else of your choice and conduct the interviews for formality's sake, this doesn't look good. All the best!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Bogotá, Bogota) in Mar 2020
Interview
It took two weeks to go trough te first three stages of the process. It is a good way of practicing for hard interviews and there are tons of information about the tests that they perform. The interview with the direct manager is clear and concise.
