Uber Business Analyst interview questions

An online analytical test is sent as the first step in the process. It's basic Excel number crunching along with a couple of open ended questions. Fairly straight forward if you've worked even briefly with Excel. I then had two very quick (10-15 mins) phone screens with different recruiters, after which a video interview was scheduled. The video interview consisted of questions about my experience in my current position and before that, along with some open-ended questions on the lines of "what is the most frustrating thing about Uber for you as a user? What solution would you recommend for it?" Pretty good experience overall, and I left the interview feeling positive. Here is when things got strange. Almost immediately after the video interview, I was invited to submit my availability for an onsite interview. I did so on the same day, but then did not hear back from them for more than two weeks! I kept following up, and after a strongly-worded email, got a response that said, "send us your availability for next week, and we'll get you in". Okay, so I submitted my availability for the next two weeks. Yet again they went dark on me. At this point, it's been more than two weeks since I sent my latest email, and this is simply unprofessional. They seem to be scheduling TONS of interviews for the BA position (it's a fairly new position), and they aren't able to manage the process well. My experience has been terrible and my perception of Uber (even disregarding all the bad press they've been getting) has been tarnished as a result.
