Uber Business Analyst interview questions

HR ghosted thrice. What’s the point of taking an assessment, getting shortlisted for the interview and then not hearing back? Recruiter doesn’t value the candidate’s time. I tried setting up the time to talk to the recruiter 5 times but they consistently blew me off. Honestly, the recruiter just sullied the experience for me. I’m not even interested anymore because the communication doesn’t exist. Recruiter is too busy to talk to a shortlisted candidate?! I will write about the interview if the HR ever sets it up.
